Precast Specialty Builder
Summary: Assists in all activities of production department precast concrete manufacturing by performing the following duties personally.
List of duties and tasks performed:
- Constructs precast forms/molds daily per shop drawings utilizing hand and power tools.
- Assembly and tying of rebar cages and mesh cages.
- Works in placement of fresh concrete in molds: vibrating, finish troweling, placement of wet set embeds, and all associated tasks.
- Plant cleanliness: Conducts daily cleaning and organization of plant floor, casting beds, workstations, tool and supply cabinets.
- Follows all company standard operational procedures, quality policies, company and safety policies.
Required Skills or Qualifications:
- Blueprint/ shop drawing reading skills and knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances required.
- The ability to use all carpentry equipment in conjunction with reading blueprints and execute on parts needed for molds.
- The ability to learn, organize and prioritize work, delegate tasks as deemed necessary, handle multiple tasks, work independently.
- The ability to work with mathematical concepts and to apply concepts to practical situations.
- Strong attendance history.
- Strong ability to work cooperatively with peers to achieve daily production goals.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Time-management skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.

Gravel Pit Attendant/Loader Operator
Summary: Support production in the sand and gravel pit by feeding material into a crusher or loading finished products into trucks.
List of duties and tasks performed:
- Operates a Loader to complete tasks such as move and/or transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and other types of aggregate.
- Performs daily visual and safety inspection of equipment. Including proper air pressure in tires, proper fluid levels or perform minor repairs as needed.
- Keeps equipment clean and orderly.
- Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental requirements are followed at all times
- Completes paperwork that may be necessary; assists with other duties required.
Description of the reporting structure or relationships:
- Reports directly to Senior Gravel Pit Attendant
Skills or Qualifications:
- Knowledge - Health and Safety regulations, heavy equipment, and plant maintenance
- Skills - Heavy equipment operation
- Abilities - Time management
- Experience - Prior mining experience
- Education - HS Diploma or equivalent, MSHA training

Redi-Mix Concrete Driver (Class B)
Summary: Responsible for hauling and delivering concrete to customers job sites safely and efficiently.
List of duties and tasks performed:
- Knowledge on mixing and unloading of concrete.
- Communicating and coordinating with dispatchers
- Performs pre and post trip inspections.
- Can perform minor repairs as needed.
- Keeps equipment clean and orderly.
- Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental requirements are followed at all times.
- Knowledge of delivery area.
- Completes paperwork that may be necessary; assists with other duties required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL B)
- Excellent driving record.
- Pass DOT drug screen and maintain DOT physical card.
- Ability to deal professionally with customers, venders, and staff members.

Precast Delivery Driver (Class A)
Summary: Responsible for hauling and delivering precast products to customers job sites safely and efficiently.
List of duties and tasks performed:
- Long-distance driving
- Communicating and coordinating with dispatchers
- Obeying and following applicable traffic laws
- Securing cargo and properly arranging and balancing it within the vehicle
- Maintaining a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensuring any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving.
- Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules
- Complying with truck driving rules and regulations
- Reporting defects, accidents and violations
- Performing daily maintenance of truck (refueling, cleaning, etc.)
- Interacting with customers in a professional manner
- Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection reports
- Recording cargo deliveries
- Verifying loads for accuracy
Skills and qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A)
- Pass DOT drug screen and maintain DOT physical card.

Mechanic
Summary: Ability to perform a range of duties and responsibilities that can differ from day to day depending on the jobs that are assigned.
List of duties and tasks performed:
- Assess vehicles and/or machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues.
- Assess in maintaining and repairing precast forms.
- Keep an accurate log of all work performed.
- Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are always kept in a safe and usable condition.
- Adhere to company work safety policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Mechanical background (preferred, not required)
- Experience conducting routine services and vehicle maintenance.
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment
- Ability to problem solve.
- Work effectively with no supervision
- Adaptable and flexible with change
- Team player, outgoing, eager to learn and form working relationships.
